I have passed the recipe on to other friends…by the way - this far exceeds any Bourbon Chicken that a mall could ever hope to sell....It will become a "chicken regular" at my home...I used boneless skinless chicken thighs and it was very moist...and also - I don’t even like Bourbon!!!
